Agreement is available to users who wish to receive technical
support and version upgrades for a year.
It Includes:
Unlimited
technical support for 12 months from the date of purchase
Version upgrades (usually three per year)
Maintenance upgrades (bug fixes)
Alternative
Support
Customers
who do not have a Support can purchase version upgrades whenever
they become available. Paid Technical support after the initial
30 days is available for both on and off-line support.
